Simple, effective plugins for RapidWeaver


The best way to get support for our products is to send in a support request. After having filled in a support request we will likely be able to review it and get back in touch with you in 24-48 hours.

Some things to remember when sending in your support request:

1. If you are having problems after your site has been published to the web then please include a url so that I can take a look. This will help me out tremendously if I need to troubleshoot.

2. If you have not yet published to the web try to include a screenshot of the problem. This will help me to see exactly what you are seeing and also help me when rying to reproduce the problem.

3. Try to be as specific as possible.

4. When possible try to let me know what you have already tried.


All of these things will help us provide better support for you.

** NOTE: All of our plugins were designed for RapidWeaver 4.0+ so if you are trying to use them with RapidWeaver 3.6 then you will naturally be experiencing some problems
